IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR ADOPTION, YOU MUST :

Be at least 18 years of age
Have legal identification with your current address
Understand that Fur Angels Rescue Shelter reserves the right to refuse any applicant for adoption.
Submitting an application does not guarantee your adoption of an animal. This is only the first step in our adoption process. We do not adopt out on a first-come, first-serve basis, nor do we "hold" animals. We prefer the entire family to be present during the adoption process.

By filling out this application & typing out your signature you are agreeing to understand that there are no guarantees you are adopting an animal from Fur Angels Rescue Shelter. That this process is not a "first come, first serve" as it is our responsibility to appropriately match every animal with the appropriate family for our animals' needs. If you have met our criteria to adopt and have been approved, please keep in mind that the original animal you may be interested may not be the right fit for you. We will do our best to match you with the appropriate companion for a happy outcome! 
 

By filing out our application, you understand that Fur Angels Rescue Shelter has every right to deny your application if it doesn't meet our requirements. This includes not moving forward with an adoption, even after being approved, if we find a reason we don't believe our animals would be safe.

That you permit us to contact your veterinarian to provide all information for any current or past pets. Any false information will disqualify you from adopting from Fur angels Rescue Shelter.
